I have been at the new Regina , near the center. It is a nice hotel , at Lungomare with an excellent location . You have many choices for bars and restaurants near the hotel , within 5 steps walking distance. Although the hotel it self has a roof top with a swimming pool for dinning and drinking. We had breakfast and it was amazing. Excellent hospitality, friendly staff . Clean rooms
